How much do you charge for your services?
It always depends on whatever you are selling or buying a property. Here is why: if you are a buyer then most likely my commission will be covered by the seller and in that case you are not covering that part of the transaction at all.

In case where you are selling a property we can talk and agree upon terms that fit interest of both. Usually, the realtors' commission is around 5%-6% of the sold price but that is of course negotiable. And I am always willing to work with my clients to get them the best deal possible out there.
Do you know anyone for home renovation/improvements?
With many years of experience, I built a team not only for real estate transactions but also for home renovations/improvements. I can definitely save you hours and even days of researching good and reliable contractors. So please, don't hesitate to ask for the contact information of professionals that will save you both time and money and will do an amazing job on your home projects.
What other parties are involved in real estate transaction,
do I have to know/find all of them?
